FUNDAMENTALS

At Bluenose Fitness it is very important to us that new members are properly introduced to the Crossfit movements, modifications and techniques.  All of our new members are required to complete our Fundamentals program which includes four - one hour personal training sessions as well as a week of unlimited access to classes.  This program provides a comfortable and encouraging environment for new members to learn about safety, personal skills and our community.  Want to try it before you buy it?  Come try a class - your first one is always free or book in with our FREE Community Class in order to try it out with others new to Crossfit.

Bluenose Fitness is a little different. It is true we have members that are passionate about CrossFit, our coaches to name a few. We also create an environment where those new to this increasingly popular form of exercise are made to feel like they belong and enjoy every workout. Not matter what we say here  the only way you can experience the Bluenose difference is to try it for yourself. You'll be glad you did...and it won't cost you a penny to try.
