BOOT CAMP

While Crossfit is our focus, we appreciate that people may be looking for a good workout without the intensity.  Our Wednesday night Boot Camp is a group based fitness class that will help build your engine while strengthening your core.  We add a bit of light resistance guided by you, to help tone your muscles and increase your metabolism.   It is also a great intro program if you are looking to give CrossFit a try in the future.  Contact us for further details about options and pricing.

Bluenose Fitness is a little different. It is true we have members that are passionate about CrossFit, our coaches to name a few. We also create an environment where those new to this increasingly popular form of exercise are made to feel like they belong and enjoy every workout.
