In this specialty class the focus is on body weight, core strengthening and accessory work.  We turn down the intensity and focus on specific muscle groups and technique in order to help members master a variety of movements.  Don’t worry - after focussing on technique, you will get a sweat on with a workout incorporating the focal movement of the day.

Bluenose Fitness is a little different. It is true we have members that are passionate about CrossFit, our coaches to name a few. We also create an environment where those new to this increasingly popular form of exercise are made to feel like they belong and enjoy every workout.
