Are you or your Teen looking for a fun after school activity?  Have we got a program for you!  Our 45 minute TeenFit classes provide an inclusive and encouraging environment for teens ages 11-15 to participate in group fitness.  From our warm ups to our workouts we emphasize proper mechanics in order to develop and strengthen our youth.  Teens will be introduced to a variety of resistance, plyometric and cardiovascular training and no two workouts are ever the same!  Not sure if it is a good fit? Come try a class - your first one is always free. We offer two scheduled TeenFit classes, Monday & Friday from 3:30-4:15pm. Contact us to book your spot.  We also offer Team Training sessions and Birthday Parties.

Bluenose Fitness is a little different. It is true we have members that are passionate about CrossFit, our coaches to name a few. We also create an environment where those new to this increasingly popular form of exercise are made to feel like they belong and enjoy every workout. Not matter what we say here  the only way you can experience the Bluenose difference is to try it for yourself. You'll be glad you did...and it won't cost you a penny to try.
