At Bluenose Fitness our mission is to provide an encouraging and supportive environment for all our members to improve their health and wellbeing.  

 

Our team of Coaches are experienced in both class and individual instruction sessions. Coaches are not only certified Crossfit Trainers but specialize in Yoga, Teen Fitness, Beginner Fitness and Olympic Weight lifting. They will help guide you through each workout at your pace and working with you to modify movements, help to push you to your limits and educate you on safety and  recuperation.
