At Bluenose Fitness our mission is to provide an encouraging and supportive environment where all our members can improve their health and wellbeing.
The majority of our trainers have completed their CrossFit Level 1 course and are well versed in providing group instruction and individualized feedback for each athlete. Our trainers know how to modify and/or substitute the movements in each workout so that every athlete can have a safe AND challeneging workout.
Your fitness journey is our priority and we will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goal.
